With a background in heritage studies and archaeology, Katherine has a passion for history and has dedicated herself to fixing errors in the official record one incorrectly indexed rocket docket foreclosure at a time.
Knitting warm woolen socks and running long distances are some of her favorite off-the-clock activities.
Keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing escrow accounts takes up most of Sasha’s day.
When he’s out of the office he is an avid musician and somewhat overconfident in his woodworking skills.

Christine is here to help with your inquiries however she can. A former New Yorker, she enjoys learning the Floridian lifestyle and raising her two children. With summer weather all year, this happy mom and her kids like to explore, cook and go fishing.
As a several times retired public servant, it’s now my honor and privilege to work with my daughter and son-in-law as the curmudgeon in the back office, tasked to encourage prosperity, end world hunger, and bring truth, justice and the American way to all who seek it. I spend my free time binding Sasha’s wounds after the woodworking…those first responder certifications are coming in handy.

A Lee County native, Kimberly brings a wealth of title experience to her closings. She lives for her 14 grandchildren and spends her free time fending off rabbits in her sizeable backyard vegetable garden.
